You may request a return for an unused pool pole or accessory kit within 30 days after delivery.
How to start a return
Email support@carbonfiberpoolpole.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide the return instructions and mailing address. Please contact us before sending your item back.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost.
If your item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we cover the return shipping cost. Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem; photos can help us resolve it.
Refunds
We issue refunds within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting an eligible return.
Original shipping charges are refunded only for defective or incorrectly shipped orders.
Shipping and availability
U.S. shipping is $9.99 on orders under $50 and free on orders $50 and up.
Non-blue pool poles are in stock and ready to ship. The blue pole is available on backorder, with estimated dispatch in approximately four weeks. This dispatch estimate is not a delivery-time guarantee.
